Not a quilt but wouldn't that be a neat landscape to tackle. This was taken in December. Beautiful day!
Here is the Mondo Bag created in class with Nancy Harris. Great teacher. Thank you Nancy. Bag is large enough for me to put a few small quilt projects or one large quilt in. Squares are left over from another project.
This quilt will be a great baby quilt. The stripes are really ruffles and in person it is adorable. The texture makes the quilt and the colors seem to be hard to photograph in this location.
Here is my favorite quilt so far this year. Going to my niece. I had to move out to the driveway to get it arranged correctly. These are 8 1/2 inch squares. So other than getting it put together with the squares in the correct places it worked up fast. But don't tell her that. She has been waiting a few months for me to get this one done.
How cute is this giraffe? Found on Julia's Needle website. Made on a diaper for a burp cloth.
Here is another Spicy Spiral Table Runner. I purchased these fabrics thinking they would go with the sunroom. But alas, they did not. Thank you Lois B. for seeing my post and getting this runner to finish. Love the top but it didn't work where I intended. :o)
This quilt made from the Full Bloom Quilt pattern. The pattern shows red and creams and I went to shades of green found in a Northcott sandscapes layer cake. With help from Jean Ann to name and Mary to move colors around, I am very happy with the end product.
Here is the Cardinal Quilt. I found the panel and then added the white that has a little bit of a frosty look to it. My first attempt at actually using something like a feather quilting motif on a quilt. It was fun to do. Thank You Dennis.
Another fast purchase by Susan. Teresa couldn't believe it was already gone. Thanks ladies I appreciate your support. This is the watercolor heart. I love the fabrics.
Dottie Dresden. Sent to Keepsake Quilting for sale on their consignment program. Dresden plates finished on the outside and inside edges. Appliqued to the pale yellow backing and echo quilted. Batting is Warm and Natural Plush. Thicker than the standard Warm and Natural batting. Makes the quilting stand out a bit more.
Red, White, and Blue. I used Aspen Gold pattern from Mountainpeek Creations but changed the colors to Patriotic. I presented my neighbor John, with this quilt this past weekend (a week late) for his 82nd Birthday. John is a veteran of WWII, can that be right? I thank you John for your service to our country and wish you a Happy Birthday.

This project was one of my UFOs. I started it years ago and was so happy to finally get it done this spring. I used no batting in the circles as I had thought it might be a table topper but it has been used as a throw to keep the air conditioning hitting me directly.
